Note on Pull Thrus: We reserve the right to place
RV's according to need. Large 5th wheels often need pull thrus where-as motorhomes can usually back into any of our standard
size sites including 45' coaches. Also we will gladly park your RV for you if you ask. No charge. It's our pleasure.
(Many prefer the backin sites for the landscaping and location so pull thrus often are not the preference of choice upon arrival.)
This is our 27th season and we are close to retiring. Over the last few years we have tried to tone it down
by reducing advertising and tayloring our services for the full size RV's. Hence we stopped providing showers and
tent camping.
We do not offer monthly rates. Weekly rates
are at the option of management based upon the size of your RV, the number of people and number of pets. Otherwise if
we feel you have maxed out the site at the daily rate it is doubtful we would offer a weekly rate.
We generally
have space available at anytime during the tourist season, however during July and first part of August we can be very
busy. If you feel more comfortable making reservations then we required a $15 non-refundable deposit for each party.
However the deposit will be applied to your visit when you arrive. Keep in
mind the deposit is non-refundable even if you cancel.
