Note on Pull Thrus:  We reserve the right to place RV's according to need.  Large 5th wheels often need pull thrus where-as motorhomes can usually back into any of our standard size sites including 45' coaches.  Also we will gladly park your RV for you if you ask. No charge. It's our pleasure.  (Many prefer the backin sites for the landscaping and location so pull thrus often are not the preference of choice upon arrival.)

2012 Rates:

All sites have 30/50 amp electric, city water, sewer, cable tv, wifi & picnic table.

Rates are for up to 3 people and one medium dog. ($5 each additional.)  

$35 base rate + tax. 

Extra large RV's extra.  (Please call for exact rate.)

What Are Extra Large RV's?

Motor homes over 40' in length.
5th wheels over 38' in length.
Extra large tow vehicles or tow trailers. (dollies excluded.)

Reservations require a $15 non-refundable deposit for each party. However the deposit will be applied to your stay upon arrival.  Keep in mind the deposit is non-refundable even if you cancel ahead of time.  It is a modest deposit and not intended to penalize.
